Dear (Director of child services),
I would like to report the failure of [judge’s or lawyers first name] [last name] of [county family court] to report suspected child abuse.
Pursuant to (State mandatory reporter statute) the judges and lawyers in question are under an obligation to report child abuse of which they become aware. Despite this obligation, the (judge or lawyer in question) repeatedly order (or advocate for) custody plans and visitation schedules that have resulted in trauma and emotional child abuse of children from parents. Despite the knowledge that these custody plans and visitation schedules are harmful to children, (judge or lawyer in question) continues to order these plans and does not report the known emotional abuse to the (name of the child services agency).
Based on psychological research and statements from the American Psychological Association, repeated lengthy separation from parents leads to emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, and a host of other psychological issues.
This is a failure to report child abuse at the highest levels. I have attached empirical evidence detailing the harmfulness of the visitation schedules and custody plans put into place by (judge or lawyer). I hope this research will prompt this agency to immediately take action as this is an imminent danger and can create lifelong psychological issues.
Attachment A is a press release that defines emotional child abuse as bad as sexual, abuse if not worse. The press release is from the American Psychological Association dated October 2014.
Attachment B is a letter from the American Psychological Association that explains with empirical evidence and decades of psychological research from the most prestigious psychological organization in the United States that “IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD AND THE FAMILY TO KEEP FAMILIES TOGETHER” and the sudden and unexpected family separation of parents and children without any doubts causes:
Sincerely,

- Trauma
- Higher Adverse Childhood Experiences scores are important social determinants for mental disorders. For children, traumatic events can lead to the development of post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental health disorders that can have long-lasting effects.
- Parents separated from their children can LEAD TO SUICIDE.
- The IDC-10 Diagnosis of concern is F24, a shared persecutory delusion of trauma origin. Creating a shared delusion in a child is a DSM-5 diagnosis of child psychological abuse V995.51
- I demand that [Judge/Lawyer] immediately be reported and taken into custody for ordering child abuse on this day [day] [year] while on the bench.
Sincerely,
[your name here]
