The Longmont Colorado Police department protects child abusers and child trafficker's.

Here is how Longmont police protect
child abusers and child traffickers. |
|
Filing child trafficking charges with the Longmont Police Department Internal affairs department against Chief Ardis and Doug Ross.
I tried filing a child abuse report with the Longmont Police.
https://www.childabuserswearblackrobes.com/longmont-colorado-police.html
I realized that it was out of your jurisdiction but was hoping to have them take the report and pass it along to the FBI.
Doug ross intervened and stated it was out of the Longmont Police Department's jurisdiction and refused to write any reports or report it mandated by law.
When an FBI agent contacted the Longmont PD again, I asked Doug Ross for the law that states why the Longmont Police Department could not make a report.
After reading Colorado Revised Statutes Title 19. Children's Code § 19-3-304 I did not see where this kind of report was optional.
I then contacted Chief Ardis via email and explained my situation. Cheif Ardis refused to respond.
These are my children and they were abused.
Asking Doug Ross and Zack Ardis for the law which grants them the ability to deny a Colorado Statute mandating they report child abuse and refuse to write any kind of report I ask that you investigate these 'child traffickers'.
In my opinion, by not supplying any legal code for this conduct Doug Ross and Cheif Ardis are involved in child trafficking and the coverup of child abusers.
If you have the legal code that allows this malfeasance, please forward that to my email.
Sincerely
Kenneth Gottfried

On July 27th 2021 I walked into the Longmont police department and tried to file psychological child abuse and domestic violence against several people.
I met with Officer Melinda Burnett 303-774-4300 x3183. For the first few minutes Melinda tried to not do her job and take a take a report.
Here excuses were, this is out of our jurisdiction, did you call the sheriff, or district attorney?
My answer was, they are some of the people I am filing against.
I asked Melinda to file the report and escalate it to the federal government so they may handle the case.
I was given the case number and told I would be able to pick up the report on August 1st.
I called on August 2nd, 2021 and was told the report was not ready. I called again on August 6th, 2021 and again was told it was not done but they would have the Sergeant approve the report. Later in the day I was told when the report is ready they would email it to me.
At approximately 3:34 pm I received this redacted report.
- Judges: Hal G Harrison, F. Warren Hughes
- Attorneys: Rebecca Eggers-Gryder, Tamera DiVerene
- Therapist: Lyric Fitzgibbons
- Sheriff Len Hagaman of Watauga County
- Seth Banks Watauga county district attorney
- Tom Hughes of Watauga County DSS
- Tony diSanti Attorney Boone NC: Watauga County Attorney

1. The first thing you notice is that the file has been redacted. (The Longmont police deleted evidence within the file.)
2. The second item you may notice is that all of the peoples names that I am accusing of Psychologically abusing my children are NOT mentioned.
3. The third item: Longmont Police mention they called (The Watauga Sheriff's office) one of the offices I am accusing of child abuse and domestic violence.
4. The complete conversation with the North Carolina Sheriff's office seems to be missing.
5. The fact that they closed the case without escalating this to the federal government is not only malfeasance but shows the level the Longmont police will go to protect the blue-line and cover up child abuse, child trafficking and domestic violence.
6. The fact that they called the Watauga county sheriffs office being fully aware that I am trying to press charges against them may put life and liberty at risk.
7. The last statement is that if I have issues I can contact the Sheriff's department

I then sent an email to Sergeant Doug Ross and Jeffrey Satur Acting Chief for Longmont Police.
Dear officer Ross,
I would like to file formal charges against officer Melinda Bernett and Sgt. Sara Flunker.
Please refer to report 21-5944
In that report, Officer Bernett and Sgt Flunker are protecting child abusers and people that commit domestic violence.
1. This report should have been written properly and escalated to the federal athorities to handle it since this is out of your jurisdiction.
2. Having Officer Bernett call one of the child abusers (Sherrif Len Hagaman of Watauga County North Carolina) seems out of line since he is in North Carolina. This behavior could also put my life in danger which seems not to be a concern of your department.
3. Also not putting the names of those I am accusing of these crimes into the report shows that your officers are concerned about protecting the blue line rather than protecting children from child abuse.
4. Is it Longmont's standard operating procedure that if someone is accused of sexual assault on a child that you call that person 1st to hear what they have to say?
5. Is it a standard operating procedure that you close a case and not escalate it to the federal level when it is out of your jurisdiction?
I would like to come in and discuss this in person. Please let me know when you have time for this.
Thank you
Kenneth R. Gottfried
